Each piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point verification process — including microscopic movement examination, serial number database verification, and provenance audit — before it enters our inventory. We never knowingly sell grey-market, replica, or modified items.

Yes. All pre-owned timepieces sold by Beauty Queen Jewellery include a 12-month internal movement warranty provided by us, unless stated otherwise in the sales agreement. This covers mechanical defects in the movement. It does not cover misuse, water damage beyond the watch's rated resistance, or accidental damage.

We accept diamonds certified by internationally recognised laboratories. Every certified stone is verified against its certificate — the certificate accompanies the sale and is noted on the invoice.

International Labs (available in UAE)

• GIA (Gemological Institute of America) — The industry gold standard for grading cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. GIA operates a laboratory in Dubai (Uptown Tower).
• IGI (International Gemological Institute) — Widely accepted, particularly for fashion jewellery and lab-grown diamonds. Grading is considered slightly more lenient than GIA.
• HRD Antwerp — Follows consistent European grading standards and is commonly found in Dubai.
• AGS (American Gem Society) — Highly regarded, though less common in the UAE market than GIA or IGI.

• IDL (International Diamond Laboratories) — Frequently used for faster, local, and more cost-effective certification.
• IDT (International Diamond Technologies) — Another common independent local option.
• SGL (Solitaire Gemological Laboratories) — Found in UAE retail environments.

We offer a 14-day in-store return and exchange policy in compliance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023. Items must be returned in their original condition, with any accompanying documentation, for a full refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted for items with undisclosed defects or authenticity discrepancies. Pre-owned items sold with known conditions disclosed on the invoice may not be eligible for return on that basis. Custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable.

We accept cash, credit card, and debit card payments at the point of sale in our boutique. All transactions are completed in-store at the time of collection. We do not currently accept bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment apps.

No. All purchases are collected in person at our boutique in Dubai Gold Souq, Deira. We do not offer shipping or delivery services. Items are available for same-day collection during business hours once payment has been received and the item inspected.
