Returns & Exchanges

A summary of our in-store returns and exchanges policy. The binding wording is in Terms of Service, section 4; if anything here differs, the Terms of Service apply.

14 days, in store

We offer a 14-day in-store return and exchange policy, in accordance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, with any accompanying documentation, for a full refund or exchange.

Defects and authenticity

Returns are accepted for items with undisclosed defects or authenticity discrepancies. Pre-owned items sold with known conditions disclosed on the invoice at the point of sale may not be eligible for return on that basis.

Exclusions

Custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable.

Where to return

At our boutique: Gold Souq, Lane 28, Opposite Gold Centre, Deira, Dubai. Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 22:00, Friday 17:00 to 22:00, Sunday closed. We do not accept returns by post or courier, as we do not ship.
