Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Beauty Queen Jewellery website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging in any transaction.

1. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for absolute accuracy, Beauty Queen Jewellery does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

2. Authenticity & Warranty

We guarantee 100% authenticity for all luxury watches and jewelry. Pre-owned timepieces are sold with a 12-month internal movement warranty provided by Beauty Queen Jewellery, unless otherwise specified in the sales agreement.

All purchases are collected in person at our boutique in Dubai Gold Souq, Deira. We do not offer shipping or delivery services. Items are available for same-day collection during business hours once payment has been received and the item inspected. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card payments at the point of sale.

In accordance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, we offer a 14-day in-store return and exchange policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, with any accompanying documentation, for a full refund or exchange. Returns are accepted for items with undisclosed defects or authenticity discrepancies, which we guarantee against. Pre-owned items sold with known conditions disclosed on the invoice at the point of sale may not be eligible for return on that basis. Custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Beauty Queen Jewellery or its respective owners and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
